By making a purchase of my drawings, you accept and agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

C O M M I T M E N T

The details established by the Artist will be agreed with the Client before commencing work.
The Client must provide clear expectations and requests, as well as references, descriptions, among others to perform the work. If not, it is at the discretion of the artist.
The artist reserves the right to reject projects or requests based on content, theme or other reasons.
Communication between the Client and the Artist will occur at all times, from the client's request for the Service to the delivery of the Final Work.
If there are delays or adjustments to the delivery date, the Artist will inform the Client in advance.
The artist will send a WIP (work in process) at the sketch stage so that the client can make changes if necessary.
The artist will not send WIP if the commission is pixelart type.

P A I M E N T - M E T H O D

C O P Y R I G H T

The Client receives exclusive and non-transferable rights to use the Final Work for personal use.
The artist reserves the right to publish the finished work on their social networks and website for portfolio and promotional purposes.
All works will have a small watermark or signature, which will be almost imperceptible and will not affect the appreciation of the drawing.
The client or anyone other than the artist DOES NOT allow me to reproduce, modify or distribute my drawings without my express written consent.
The Client must not claim the Final Work as their own and must credit the Artist using their social tag.Work.
If there are delays or adjustments to the delivery date, the Artist will inform the Client in advance.

The artist will not send WIP if the commission is pixelart type.

C A N C E L L A T I O N S - A N D- R E F U N D S

Once the Artist has started the work process, the client will not be able to request refunds. This applies to the delivery of completed work.
If the artist is unable to complete the work due to force majeure, the client may request a full refund.
